Ayush, is a Master of Financial Analysis degree candidate at the University of San Francisco who brings a unique blend of skills and experience to the table. He has been working on developing and implementing algorithmic trading strategies to optimize portfolio performance and generate Alpha using Python, R, and MATLAB.

Prior to starting his Masters, Ayush has experience in various capacities in the finance industry, including dealing in equities and derivatives, managing balance sheets, FP&A operations, and as well as working on bonds to product development, business strategies with strong understanding of technology and experience in developing & implementing software solutions as well.

Ayush is known for his strong research, analytical, and problem-solving techniques and is skilled in generating innovative ideas and strategies to improve processes and is adept at increasing productivity and efficiency through the development of automation. Ayush has demonstrated his technical abilities by leading the development of new methodologies of an ETL process to assess risk on bonds using Python and SQL, resulting in 83% time savings. He has also led improvement initiatives and utilized his technical skills to automate tasks using Advanced Excel (VBA) and Python, resulting in a significant reduction in manual workload by +90% and improved workflow efficiencies.

In addition to algorithmic trading, Ayush has also experience working closely with Tech and AI startups in Raising money, building strategy projects, spending budgets, and analyzing costs. Which has helped him develop a deep understanding of other LLM models (LangChain)and how to use these models along with generative ai as well.

Ayush is known amongst peers for his strategic and tactical thinking, researching investment opportunities, executing high-level strategies, and making high-stakes decisions. He fully understands the importance of excellent team dynamics in today's multi-disciplinary business environment and has experience in using lean and agile techniques to facilitate teamwork and achieve project objectives, resulting in increased collaboration, reduced inefficiencies, and improved overall productivity.
